We are having a project to connect and configure the data exchange between ERP and CRM. Because we want try it first, we installed new ERP and CRM systems in our test environment. One requirement is that we want to move the accounts and contacts previously put in the old CRM system to the new one. We planned to perform the configuration of data exchange between CRM and ERP first, then transfer the accounts and contacts later. Do you have any suggestion how should we proceed with the scenario?
Also, since CRM data migration is new to me, I don't know how should we copy the accounts and contacts (as well as other transactional data) from one CRM system to another. What is the recommended way to do it?
